Seraphim Holistics is spiritual center founded by Rita Lynn Lawrence, retired newborn photographer and mother of three.   Rita suffered chronic pain from muscular dystrophy and winged scapula throughout her life until discovering the benefits of Holistic Health.  She advocates for harm reduction & promotes holistic care for physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Rita has counseled hundreds of Maryland Medical Cannabis patients as a Cannabis Caregiver and gained her patient experience through working with local Maryland Dispenseries.  She is currently  Co-Chair of  Americans For Safe Access Maryland, a national nonprofit advocating for medical cannabis use and therapeutics in the USA.  

Rita is a meditation guide and has been meditating daily for 6 years.  She  received her most recent instruction at the Trancendental Meditation Center in Baltimore Maryland where her teacher was a student of Maharashi Mahesh Yogi. Learn more about this form of meditation for ADHD.  Rita is now a Bachelors of Applied Arts & Sciences student at Maharishi International University majoring in Consciousness and Human Potential.

Spare time calls for reading, traveling and family.  Rita is an Award Winning Athlete with the Organization of Competition Bodies placing 5th through 1st Place in Natural Fitness Competitions.  She achieved this goal despite the physical ailments that plagued her and believes All Things Are Possible.
